    Vaya frustración..!! acabo de realizar la operativa que indican para actualizar la BIOS de mi equipo HP Z230 Tower y se acaba de bloquear el equipo. Ha entrado en bucle en el inicio y NO ACCEDE A WINDOWS 10. Las herramientas de recuperación a puntos anteriores, tampoco funcionan. Sigue en el mismo bucle y no puedo hacer nada. HELP...!!!!

    Buenos días, saludos desde Chile, con relación a vuestro video, no lo puedo hacer ya que antes de ingresar a Windows, aparece una pantalla de autenticación, en inglés dice " Power On Authentication" y me solicita Password o bien ingreso a través de la huella digital (no reconoce ninguna contraseña y tampoco mi huella digital). Tengo un Elite Book 830 G6 Modelo AX200NGW Hay alguna forma de resetear el equipo con algún botón físico interno? de volver a fojas cero la BIOS y el equipo quede como nuevo? Como lo hacen las radios de automóviles. Le comento que intenté todas las formas para acceder a la BIOS, pero fue inútil (F2+suprimir; F10; F11; F12; Windows +B o bien Windows +V) , pero nada de nada. ¿se puede forzar a volver el equipo a cero? Quedo atento a sus comentarios, saluda cordialmente José Manuel Cavada de Chile.

    I am about done with this BS, I am also tired of "talking" to a virtual assistant. HP makes enough money to have actual support people. The instructions are garbage and do not fix the problem. I can print from my phone and I can print from my one laptop, but my main laptop that I have all my information on keeps giving me the offline message and I keep having to reset my entire network. HP needs to take its printer and laptop and SHOVE IT

    Hola,comence a tener problemas con mi Deskjet Ink 3775, en mi anterior pc no tenia problemas,creo que es la nueva pc,con Windows 11,queda la cola de impresión y tengo que reiniciar,desenchifar,etc para que me imprima cada vez. Ya cambie cartuchos de color y negro y sigue el problema

    BRAND NEW SMART TANK 7005 and It will not connect to wifi, Im connected to its wifi find the printer and select the proper wifi, but when trying to setup wifi I just getting "it takes longer than expected to connect" try again or cancel. Ive tried on 2 different phones and from the computer, same error. THIS was very frustrating.

      @@HPSupport thanks for Youre reply but I have no issues with what step to take in a guide it just the printer that will not connect to our wifi. Unifi and new hp (old hp printer no problem) is not friends, setup a temporary tplink hotspot and the printer works for now. I dont know why it refuse to connect to our unifi wifi.

    Worked for me when black ink stopped flowing. I thought I was going to have to replace the print head, and that is probably a waste given the price of a new one. My OfficeJet pro 8610 has been a workhorse for 10 years having printed nearly 16,500 pages
